André Ricardo Passos

Formerly a partner of the tax law department of a leading law firm and tax consultant of Price WaterHouseCoopers and lawyser of Banco BBM S/A. Passos holds an LLM degree in Finance and Capital Market Law from IBMEC/SP and an MBA degree in Finances and Capital Market from MP/BANCO BBM S/A.

Passos is a Member of the Associação Paulista de Estudos Tributários – APET (the São Paulo Association of Tax Studies), the Associação Brasileira de Direito Tributário (the Brazilian Association of Tax Law), the Associação Brasileira de Direito Financeiro – ABDF (the Brazilian Association of Financial Law) and the International Fiscal Association – IFA. Passos is the co-author of the book: Imposto Sobre Renda e Proventos de Qualquer Natureza (Free Translation: Income Tax and Profit of Any Nature).
